Roland Hwang is an attorney. He serves as vice president for public affairs at OCA Asian Pacific American Advocates. He teaches Asian Americans in the Civil Rights Movement in the Department of American Culture, A/PIA Studies at University of Michigan. He serves as vice chair of the Michigan Advisory Committee to the US Commission on Civil Rights.
