AhNonda Bates is the CEO of LeadHERship Coaching & Consulting. LLC (LCC). With over 12 years of experience as an Addictions Therapist and 15 years in Leadership, she has a desire to help Women of Color across the world become the best version of themselves.

LeadHERship Coaching & Consulting, LLC (LCC) launched in response to what she perceived as a learning gap between Women of Color LeadHERS and their cohorts in the workplace. LCC is dedicated to helping women overcome self-doubt and feeling undervalued in the workplace, so they can become the LeadHER they KNOW they are destined to be.
Currently, she is the Vice President of Education, Training, and Credentialing for an Indianapolis nonprofit organization. She is a graduate of Purdue University, holding a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Law and Society. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Community Psychology in 2008, and has been a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor in the State of Indiana since 2011.

Additionally, AhNonda has over 8 years as an Adjunct Professor, both online and in the classroom. She continues to facilitate trainings across the United States on various topics; including Secondary Traumatic Stress, Anxiety and Stress Management, Understanding the Science of Addiction, Organizational Management, and Leadership Development.
