Biography

Melissa Álvarez Mangual, Ed.D. has been leading learning and organizational development efforts that place inclusion and equity in the center for over 20 years. As a leader, coach, consultant, trainer, and learning designer, she amplifies the value and power of workplace learning to shift mindsets, behaviors, and dynamics. Reviving failing programs, taking highly effective programs to the next level, and establishing data-informed, successful and sustainable initiatives are her specialties. Melissa is a scholar-practitioner who uses an interdisciplinary approach when serving as a thought and accountability partner, and concept to execution driver. She is a certified diversity and business coach who works with leaders ready to take their leadership to the next level, leading inclusively & equitably. Melissa is boldly resolute in her work with leaders for inclusion and equity.
