The C3EB Summit was created to help you better understand why Diversity and Inclusion budget cuts are a huge mistake right now, and to give you insights into how you can do better and be a better leader. Now is EXACTLY the right time to double down on creating more belongingness in your organization and teams. What you do now to intentionally include your employees and take care of them will be YOUR leadership legacy.

What do you want your legacy to be? And, how are you going to shape it?

This technology is brought to you by AuraNexus, a proud partner of the C3EB Summit. Inclusion is Not a Zero-Sum Game. Let’s Change The Narrative Together with Equity and Belongingness

One day our descendants will think it incredible that we paid so much attention to things like the amount of melanin in our skin or the shape of our eyes or our gender instead of the unique identities of each of us as complex human beings.

The C3EB Summit is a platform for candid and culturally competent conversations around intentional inclusion through equity and belongingness consisting of experts and experienced professionals who are BIPOC, White  and/or LGBTQIA+ and/or managing visible or invisible health challenges or disabilities

Our Mission and Vision

To create an interdisciplinary platform of experts and experienced professionals who work toward progress in Inclusion, Equity and Belongingness in their own spaces and in their own ways.

To create a safe space for Allies of inclusion to listen to these experts and learn so that we can start planning sustainable solutions toward equity, belongingness, and inclusion.

“Because Inclusion is NOT a Zero-Sum Game! And neither are Equity and Belongingness.

We can get it done, when we work together.

Intentionally. Strategically. Inclusively
